A Torah Dedication

This scroll was donated to my son's school by a local synagogue. Its a really interesting festival that involved a parade as the Torah scroll was carried from the synagogue to the school

I see this turkey at least once a week lately. At least I think it is the same bird. They do kind of look alike. Odd place to choose to live.

A storm rolls in

Tree climbing in the park

Took the kids to the park for Jordan's little league game. BBQed when we got home. Just perfect weather really. We all just sat aound the backyard, played with the swing seat, tossed a ball and played with the dog for a few hours. About the most relaxing day I've had in ages.
